● Refund requests made more than 3 business days prior to CREDIT CARD PAYMENT will be subject to an administration fee of 10% percent of the product price.

● Refund requests made by BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT would not charge any administration fee.

● No refunds or transfers will be issued after the order is completed in 30 days.
